My approach

Almost every family I work with comes through word of mouth — former clients introducing me to people close to them. I’ve kept it that way on purpose: just a few families a year, and my personal responsibility for each of them, from the first conversation to the first day of school. Many of those families have become friends over time — perhaps because a child’s education is one of the most important decisions they’ve trusted me with.

My consulting practice comes from a passion for education and for helping people find their way in it — and from my own story.

I studied abroad myself, and I’ve lived and worked in Switzerland and the UK. I know what it means to arrive in a new country and a new education system, and how much the right support changes at that moment.

For 9+ years I have advised families on school and university placement in Switzerland, the UK, and the US

I teach at a university of applied sciences in Switzerland, with a background in English language teaching and TOEFL administration

I’ve lived this path myself — a Master’s in Switzerland, visas and permits, internship searches, an international relocation for work — so I know the practical side first-hand

I have built a network over my international career — former students, colleagues, school contacts. When a family needs something beyond my scope, from a language tutor to first-hand impressions of student life, I know who to ask

We get to know each other: you tell me about your family’s plans and where you are on the way, and together we see how I can be most helpful — and whether it feels right to work together.

A full working session: an honest assessment of the student’s profile, a shortlist of schools that fit, a realistic timeline, and the specific next steps. Afterwards I send you a detailed report of everything we covered — a plan you can act on, whether or not we continue together.

I manage the process end to end: applications, entrance exams, interview preparation, correspondence with schools, visa paperwork, and enrolment.

We discuss the fee for full support on the introductory call, once we’ve talked through your goals and expectations.
